1. Research Use Only

All products sold on this website are intended for research and identification purposes only. These products are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion. Peptides are strictly for laboratory, academic, or institutional research and not for human or animal consumption. By purchasing, you attest you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to enter this website and to purchase. Accounts are required to complete a purchase; guest checkout is not offered. Each order requires a company or institutional affiliation and a selected field of research.

3. Sales Final; Sole Remedy

Due to the nature of chemical reference materials and to preserve chain of custody, all sales are final. The sole remedy for covered events is replacement or reshipment, as follows: in verified cases of carrier-confirmed loss, official customs seizure with documentation, or verified non-delivery, we will, at our option, reship once or issue store credit. Claims must be made within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date. Address errors, refusal of delivery, and failure to collect parcels are not covered events.

4. Product Information

Product information is provided for laboratory and analytical reference only. Product statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for the specific batch shipped accompany each product listing.

5. Handling

Products must be handled only by qualified laboratory personnel using appropriate safety procedures. Keep out of reach of children. The buyer assumes all responsibility for safe and lawful handling after delivery.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping windows are stated on each product page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the carrier at dispatch; covered events are handled per Section 3.

7. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any payment dispute, contact support@orbita-labs.com — we resolve verified fulfillment issues by reshipment or credit. Card disputes filed without prior contact will be contested with order attestations, delivery records, and these terms.
