Refunds & Returns

Because chemical reference materials must retain verified chain of custody, all sales are final and returned goods cannot be restocked or resold. We do not accept returns.

Covered events (verified carrier loss, customs seizure with documentation, verified non-delivery, or material mismatch with the published batch COA) are remedied by replacement or store credit, once per order, with claims made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Not covered: incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing unit numbers, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or buyer-requested delivery changes.

Damaged on arrival: contact support@[brand].com with photos within 7 days for replacement.
