United States only. Orders ship to US addresses; we do not ship internationally.

Dispatch windows are stated on each product page and shown again at checkout:

• Capsule products in lab stock: dispatch next business day, delivery in 2–5 business days.
• Vial products: dispatch in 2–4 business days, delivery in 5–9 business days.

Tracking is emailed automatically when the carrier scans. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If a shipment is carrier-confirmed lost or seized, our reshipment policy (Terms §3) applies.

All products ship at ambient temperature. Lyophilized research powders are transit-stable under normal conditions; no refrigeration is required in transit.
