We collect only the information needed to fulfill research orders: name, company/institution, research field, email, phone, shipping address, and order contents. Payment card data is not collected or stored by us — transactions are tokenized by our payment processor (Authorize.net) in your browser.

Order records (including your research-use attestation) are retained as required for transaction records and dispute defense.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except fulfillment carriers (name/address only) and payment processors (as required to process your transaction).

Age verification status is stored locally in your browser. We do not track you across other websites.
