1. Purpose of this notice

This notice governs access to and purchase from this website. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, and each attestation made through our entry gate or checkout is a material basis of the bargain formed by any order placed on this site.

2. Research use only

All products offered on this site are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They arenot to be ingested, injected, inhaled, absorbed, administered, or introduced into any living organism by any means, for any purpose, under any circumstances. They are not for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic applications, veterinary use, or any other in-vivo application. If you are not purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research, do not purchase from this site.

3. Qualified researcher representation

By purchasing from this site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution. Any purchase by a person who does not in fact hold the qualification or affiliation represented constitutes a material breach of these terms.

4. No guidance

We will not provide — and it is a violation of these terms to request from us — any guidance on reconstitution, dilution, dosing, combination, cycling, administration, injection, or use of any kind. Requests of this nature may result in order cancellation and account closure.

5. Not a pharmacy; no medical context

We are not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. We do not sell drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. All statements regarding products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Certificates of analysis

Batch Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular use, including research use. All products are sold as-is, subject to the results stated on the batch COA accompanying the product listing.

7. Handling responsibility

Products must be handled only by qualified laboratory personnel using appropriate safety procedures and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional protocols. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and disposal following delivery.
