Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

Products may be acquired only by qualified researchers and research institutions, only for in-vitro laboratory research, and only for the purchaser's own use. Purchases require an account, a company or institutional affiliation, and a selected field of research.

2. Prohibited use

• Any introduction, administration, or testing involving humans or animals, by any route.
• Ingestion, injection, inhalation, absorption, or any other in-vivo application.
• Resale, redistribution, relabeling, or repackaging of any product.
• Requests for reconstitution, dosing, combination, cycling, or administration guidance.
• Purchases made under a misrepresented qualification, affiliation, or identity.
• Any use that violates applicable law or institutional protocol.

3. Enforcement

Violations result in order cancellation, account closure, refusal of future orders, and, where applicable, referral to payment processors or authorities. We maintain an internal record of refused orders.

To report a violation or concern, contact support@orbita-labs.com. Good-faith reports are reviewed without retaliation against the reporting purchaser.
